Community Equity
Our client representation focuses on the legal areas of employment and labor, housing, education, rural health, and leadership development.
In addition, we have special programs that address widespread needs in rural California.
Our clients include agricultural workers, people with disabilities, immigrants, LGBTQ+ people, public school students and families, seniors, veterans, and people with limited English proficiency.
In a very real sense CRLA was my port in the storm for all the craziness [of] my housing issues since first receiving my housing voucher in December 2019, but remarkably, became critical during COVID-19 with threats of eviction and refusals to continue to take my voucher on the part of the owners. Where it not for CRLA I would have fallen through the cracks entirely!
