CRLA and Legal Aid of Marin filed a lawsuit in Marin County Superior Court on behalf of San Rafael mobilehome residents against Harmony Communities, Inc. and San Rafael Housing Opportunities, LLC, accusing the corporate owners of illegal evictions, retaliatory rent hikes, and violations of rent control laws. 

Mobilehome owners in Fresno retained CRLA for legal services in 2021 to save their homes and their community, then known as Trails End. After four years of fighting, they accomplished their goal and created positive change for the wider City of Fresno.
